Technology has been a blessing and a curse during the pandemic. It has allowed some degree of education to continue but the screen also provides an easy way to hide.
If you have spent any time within competitive athletics or even just recreational weight lifting or fitness, you know that taking supplements to improve performance is a common thing.
The pandemic has not been easy for anyone, let alone our children and students. We long for the old normal – meeting with friends, gathering at ball games, eating at restaurants. However, we don’t know when or if that “old normal” will return. This is why I suggest reading during the pandemic.

I have had two separate instances of prolonged toxic exposures to black mold, the first one in 2009 and the second in 2013. The struggle is ongoing as I am sensitive to a lot of things (foods, chemicals, etc..), but thankfully I have made big improvements.
